Step 1

Step 2
Lay a bamboo sushi mat on a clean surface and place a nori sheet on it.
Step 3
Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a border at the top.
Step 4
Add your choice of fillings (fish, cucumber, avocado, etc.) on the rice.
Step 5
Roll tightly using the bamboo mat and seal the roll with a bit of water.
I usually don't enjoy cooking, but this recipe was enjoyable to make.
