Delicious chicken teriyaki with a sweet and savory glaze.

Step 1
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, mirin, brown sugar, and grated ginger.
Step 2
Marinate chicken thighs in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
Step 3
Heat a pan and sear chicken until cooked through.
Step 4
Pour remaining marinade into the pan and let it thicken.
Step 5
Serve chicken with the teriyaki glaze over rice.
I made a double batch because I knew it would be a hit.
