- 1 cup Espresso coffee
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 2 oz Dark chocolate

Directions
Step 1
Dip ladyfingers in espresso and layer them in a dish.
Step 2
Whisk mascarpone cheese until smooth and spread over ladyfingers.
Step 3
Repeat the layers and finish with a dusting of cocoa powder.
Step 4
Grate dark chocolate over the top.
Step 5
Chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
